Description

• Conducts needs analysis.
• Employs a rapid-development approach to instructional design when warranted.
• Engages Subject Matter Experts, as needed, to ensure relevant learning.
• Develops content in various formats, including but not limited to, online (formal eLearning, videos, etc.) instructor-led courses (in-person or virtual), performance support resources (job aides), and reference guides.
• Successfully manages the design and development of multiple Learning projects, and ensures the design is engaging, high-quality, and interactive.
• Defines project scope, tasks and produces training project plans. Monitors and tracks progress, schedules and timelines.  Ensure coordination of timelines with other training initiatives.
• Facilitate project completeness including project evaluation and assessment of results using key performance data and measurements.
• Support the development of a change management strategy and/or communication plan for larger initiatives.

Requirements

• • Four year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with nCino required. 
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an instructional designer; experience related to financial services a plus.
  • Working knowledge of the entire training lifecycle and combination of skills that include curriculum design and development and return on investment.
• • 3+ years of learning project management experience with demonstrated ability of critical thinking, problem solving, managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting project deadlines.
  • Strong foundation in adult learning theory, and experience with advanced learning methodologies, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written, verbal and listening.
