As the Students and Graduates (S&G) Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to identifying, attracting, and hiring top early-career talent for management, professional, and technical roles. In this highly visible role, you will provide thought leadership and operational support across the enterprise, helping Caterpillar build a strong pipeline of future pioneers, innovators, and problem solvers who will shape what's next.
You will develop and implement strategic recruitment programs, partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, and drive consistent adoption of leading practices that support a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
What you'll do:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team, maximizing individual contributions while supporting ongoing professional growth
Oversee recruitment programs, driving continuous improvements across sourcing, selection, and overall hiring processes
Establish and implement best practices that align recruiting strategies with organizational goals and priorities
Partner with business leaders to anticipate and understand current and future workforce needs, providing strategic guidance and insights to support talent planning

Proven track record of using analytics to improve workforce planning, efficiency, and outcomes
Experience advising on the selection and implementation of workforce metrics and tools

The primary location for this position is Irving, TX
This is a fully onsite role Monday to Friday in office.
To support global business, there may be a requirement to travel up to 20%.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
