We currently have a great opportunity available for a Talent Development Administrator. The Talent Development Administrator is responsible for supporting all of talent development activities within the Human Resources Department

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Performs various administrative duties such as, but not limited to: maintains talent development program materials, orders office supplies, schedules and supports all facilities / IT requests and ticketing related to all talent development events, schedules departmental meetings and assists associates with general talent development related questions
  2. Supports and utilizes all talent management systems, for training and learning events, troubleshoot the Cornerstone LMS, and assist with all VILT, ILT and blended learning delivery, and post event logistics
  3. Coordinates various projects and tasks related to custom program requests, on and off-site learning programs, and all Sysmex University programming to increase efficiency of the group and organization. Coordinates the set-up of TD sponsored events as needed. Assists presenters to ensure they have what is needed for their meetings/events
  4. Creates and disseminates approved promotional correspondence via various communication methods (email, web banners, internal communication stories, posters, etc.) on a regular basis to ensure consistent communication of talent development programs.
  5. Coordinates all 3rd party vendors' activities to include review of materials, scheduling courses, securing classroom, VLIT studios, slide decks, AV needs and collateral material. Responsible for all post training surveys and provides post course follow up, monthly reports and provides input to quarterly score card data.
  6. Organizes and maintains all Sysmex University course catalogues, course descriptions, marketing communications and all other appropriate material
  7. Supports all activities within the Cornerstone LMS, to include reports, rosters, waitlist, scheduling and all other required activities to support the development of associates. Responsible for data entry into Cornerstone LMS as it pertains to set-up, course profile creation, class scheduling, participant roster tracking, and running various reports
  8. Responsible for creating and maintaining TD reports to support the continued development, use and expansion of various HR programs.
  9. Plans and coordinates Sysmex Cares (philanthropic) initiatives and meetings
  10. Backup for Talent Acquisition Administrator and other duties as assigned

Percentage of Travel: 10%

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years required experience supporting a number of individuals at a variety of levels within a department, including experience in the Armed Forces. Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
  • English required. Spanish a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Able to perform high level functionality in all Microsoft programs.
  • Able to create presentations using advanced features in PowerPoint.
  • Cornerstone LMS experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of associates both orally and in writing.
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability.
  • Anticipates future needs and project a sense of urgency and commitment to excellent customer service.
