The AVP of Talent Development will have broad responsibility for building out Chubb’s OD and change management framework, capabilities, and developing/facilitating training to enhance the capabilities of Chubb managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) globally.   
This position will work in partnership with the Head of Talent Development to create core frameworks, tools and resources for all stages of the change journey to help managers and HRBPs assess, plan, communicate and implement the organization and people changes to support the desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage change management, OD and development expertise to build the tools and materials for key stakeholders, which also includes:    
•Conducting needs analysis to identify gaps and solutions at the individual, team and organizational levels (e.g. through interviews, focus groups, data collections and analysis).
•Creating and implementing innovative OD/change resources and toolkits for managers/leaders, HR and employees related to change management and organization design initiatives.  
•Partnering with HRBPs to assess organizational readiness – current state vs. future state gaps to build insight and options to drive approach and solutions, leveraging best practices and measuring impact.
•Managing OD/ change related initiatives including the identification and execution of deliverables, communications strategies and implementation plans. 
•Partnering with HRBPs on developing their OD strategy, implementing/executing OD solutions and metrics at the team and/or LOB levels. 
•Developing and executing learning plans to prepare managers/leaders and HRBPs for success in support of change initiatives.


•10+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years in OD and/or Talent Management
•Bachelor’s Degree required; and, a Masters in OD a plus
•Ability to work in cross-functional, highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization
•Self-driven and motivated; able to work independently and manage ambiguity
•Demonstrated stakeholder management skills; can influence and engage at multiple levels
•Demonstrated strength with consulting and listening skills
•Strong organizational and project management skills
•Exceptional analytical skills and demonstrated critical thinking 
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
•Multilingual a plus
