Tanium’s rapidly growing Sales Enablement organization is building its first Product and Competitive Curriculum team. We’re looking for a proactive, creative Curriculum Manager to identify product-specific training needs amongst Tanium’s Global Sales Organization. Once identified, this position will design and deliver customized tools, content and learning programs to drive efficient, effective on-ramping and continuous productivity from the Sales team. A successful Curriculum Manager must know how to leverage best-in-class training development tools to build product solution training around learning objectives. This role is critical to the successful enablement of Tanium’s Global Sales force and continued company success.

We are open to candidates in San Francisco Bay Area, CA as well as Plano/Dallas, TX or Greater New York Area.  

What you’ll do:

  • Design sales product training solutions for the Global Sales organization that align to strategic sales initiatives across regions; these solutions include e-Learning modules, classroom trainings, virtual trainings, screencasts, videos, etc.
  • Identify and evaluate external training content creation tools that appeals to various learning styles and international audiences
  • Continuously assess key product and competitive skills gaps in the Global Sales Organization
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product teams, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Sales to drive training project plans from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and in budget
  • Leverage strong understanding of Tanium technology and value proposition in program creation
  • Measure and analyze learning programs’ impact on sales performance, productivity and business
  • Continuously optimize and innovate existing training content and tools to meet business objective and needs

Requirements

Looking for someone with:

  • Education:
    • BS/BA or equivalent experience required; Instructional Design degree or Training Development certificates a plus
    • Participation in recognized training industry organizations (i.e. Association for Talent Development, Langevin, CIPD) strongly preferred
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing sales-specific product curriculum for a technology-based company required
    • Prior experience with training content creation tools (i.e. Captivate and Articulate) required 
    • Proven history of strong project management required
    • Experience with creative development software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, HTML5, AfterEffects, etc.) and recording/editing audio and video a plus
  • Other:
    • Must demonstrate adaptability in an ever-changing, quickly evolving environment
