Are you ready to roll-up your sleeves and dive into exciting IT projects? We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will support multiple IT Customer Experience and Knowledge Support activities for IT systems at a corporate client for their internal employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support and perform extensive user impact testing of existing and new technology solutions. Identify usability issues, take screenshots and aggregate issues to team lead and/or cross-functional team as applicable.
  • Create and/or update various knowledge support materials including quick-reference cards, SharePoint site content, etc.
  • Provide logistics support as needed during projects.
  • Provide additional support for global technology launch event activities and capture end-user feedback and questions.
  • May lead or support technology trainings and/or demos.
  • Procure, organize materials and supplies and ship to other locations.
  • Reserve rooms, request meeting support, communicate with facilities and catering, and send invitations to meetings/events.
  • Perform other logistical and administrative tasks as needed including scheduling and document management.
  • Must be onsite in our Cambridge/Kendall Square location. May also require onsite visits to our Weston location.


 

 

 

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is recommended in addition to 2-5 years of business experience, preferably in the technology or training industry.
  • Self-motivated, team player capable of learning new information, technologies and applications quickly. Flexible to work both independently with minimal direction as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Experience using SharePoint and Skype for Business considered a plus.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and dedication to excellent client service.
  • Strong organizational skills including significant attention to detail and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

This is a 1099 / contract position, with the potential of leading to full-time employment.
