KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Performance Management to join our KPMG Business School organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the Performance Measurement team - including resourcing, budgeting, overall project management and relationship management of key stakeholders
  • Create the strategy around the firm’s learning measurement and evaluation practices, and provide systems and tools to enable execution of those practices
  • Consult with training departments to determine which evaluation methodologies are appropriate for various learning interventions and use evaluation and testing methodologies selected to determine the effectiveness of training programs
  • Plan the implementation of initiatives focused on higher levels of evaluation as a way of demonstrating the impact of training on the business
  • Design and measure KPIs to track the progress of learning activity; design a scorecard(s) that enables learning and business leaders to track progress
  • Oversee the creation and review of knowledge tests, ensuring testing methods are applied in accordance to industry standards to determine knowledge and skill transfer following training courses


Qualifications:

  • Minimum twelve years of progressive performance measurement or Industrial-
    organizational psychology experience
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university; PhD from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Strong technical skills, including understanding of applied measurement analytics, statistical theory and methods
  • Ability to interpret and report data in a business context and familiarity with learning measurement systems
  • Track record of leading, motivating, managing and influencing direct reports in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated track record of cultivating and maintaining executive-level relationships and effectively managing multiple client demands simultaneously
