The County of San Diego's Department of Human Resources has a current opening for Human Resources Analyst-Employee Training
 

Human Resources Analysts in the Department of Human Resources' Training and Development Division conduct and coordinate workshops, conferences, interactive web-based classes, classroom training, and Train-the-Trainer sessions. They also design and update written learning and instructional materials such as facilitation guides, instructor-led training material, and performance support material. In addition, these positions monitor and evaluate training programs and conduct training needs analysis to determine program effectiveness and identify additional needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency AND three (3) years of professional human resources experience. Experience developing and performing employee training is considered qualifying and highly desirable.

Note

A master's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency in any of the fields described above may substitute for one (1) year of the required experience; OR, additional years of experience as described above may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

EVALUATION
