We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Systems Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing, developing and maintaining Human Resources and/or Learning and Development systems. The Systems Specialist will lead the efforts of the implementation of our new Learning Management System through Cornerstone OnDemand. They will play a key role in data migration, system testing, and system updates. Additionally, they will provide on-going systems administration for all Human Resources and Learning and Development software.

Learning and Development

  • Execute data migration from current system to Cornerstone OnDemand LMS
  • Create and update user documentation and guidelines
  • Create and maintain user groups
  • Create and maintain curriculums
  • Assign, track and report on all training courses
  • Create training materials and provide training to assist users in the system
  • Provide assistance and guidance on the best use of the LMS
  • Provide assistance with the development of training content, including all hands-on material (online content, lectures, exercises, and test material)
  • Create, distribute, and report on employee feedback surveys
  • Generate and maintain monthly training reports for ETP tracking

Human Resources

  • Implementation of new Performance Management process through Cornerstone OnDemand
  • Create and maintain electronic Performance Management cycle
  • Update performance related forms including, planning, check-ins, evaluations, development and performance improvement plans
  • Create and update user documentation and guidelines
  • Assign, track and report on performance cycle status
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn new programs, new processes and procedures
  • Ability to be flexible as priorities change regularly
  • Accuracy and attention to detail a MUST
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications/tools
  • Ability to generate results under time restraints
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Must have at least 2 years Human Resources or Learning Management systems experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Cornerstone OnDemand system experience or similar software experience preferred
