In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions within a specified timeline to address business requirements and challenges. While designing and developing content, you’ll work with subject matter experts to analyze needs and obtain information related to new and existing business and system processes, regulatory/legal requirements, and agent and employee quality and performance. You’ll use learning theory and technical knowledge to deliver an educational experience for learners that successfully enhances knowledge, performance, and skill level.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify training needs, objectives, and project scope by assessing product requirements, quality scores, surveys, focus group feedback, interviewing subject matter expert, and/or consulting with managers, instructors, or agents.
  • Determine appropriate instructional delivery methods and identify timeline/deadlines.
  • Design, develop, and/or enhance engaging and effective training materials and resources (may include train-the-trainer materials, participant guides, job aids/checklists, quick reference guides, web-based learning, role plays/activities, etc.).
  • Develop and update knowledge management documentation
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course.
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training by partnering with vendor trainers, reviewing learner evaluations, and coordinating with Operations Managers to assess completion, comprehension, and retention of content deployed. Identify improvement areas and revise training materials and/or conduct refresher training as appropriate.


Travel Requirement: In meeting business demands, travel will be required. This could require 30% travel for three-week intervals, including weekend stays, to US and international locations.


What Skills You Should Already Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2 years training delivery and curriculum development experience, including technical writing skills
  • Proven understanding of adult learning methodologies
  • Proven understanding of negotiation skills
  • Customer service/call center experience preferred
  • Familiarity with training technologies/e-learning preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment
  • Proficient computer experience and familiar with MS Office, SharePoint, etc.
