Partner in the design, development, and implementation of the Bank’s leadership development programs. Support the design and delivery of the entire suite of leadership offerings. Facilitate virtual and in-person leadership programs and sustainment events. Assess leadership development needs and improve content and processes to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful. Maintain, track, and report program metrics.



  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to build a culture of leadership, where everyone is required to lead, regardless of position.

  • Create a coaching and mentoring mindset through leadership and organizational development.

  • Perform a needs analysis, identify gaps and recommend appropriate steps/action for leadership development.

  • Design, develop and implement research-based assessments, learning modules and experiential activities that will support employees in the development of leadership skills and competencies.

  • Manage program delivery to ensure effective and timely execution of leadership experiences (i.e. placement/offering for the employee life cycle).

  • Ensure integrity of content by staying abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for improved methods, tools and technologies.

  • Present in a variety of formal settings with all levels of the organization: one-on-one, small and large groups, etc.

  • Research, engineer, and collaboratively implement well-being strategies that support a vibrant culture of learning, communication, recognition, and innovation.

  • Drive and facilitate organizational Traction EoS throughout the organization as the implementer and coach. 


  • Learning Solutions Development

Using tools and processes to create a learning solution or learning strategy as a response to an identified need.

  • Delivering High-Impact Presentations

Presenting ideas effectively to individuals or groups when given time to prepare; delivering presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.

  • Coaching and Mentoring

Providing feedback, instruction, and development guidance to help others excel in their current or future job responsibilities; planning and supporting the development of individual skills and abilities. As a mentor work to build trust, set goals and keep the relationship on track. Serve as a confidant, sounding-board and personal advisor.


Education: Bachelors Degree in Organization Development or related field required

Experience: Five years of Experience with leadership development, facilitation, design, program management, and evaluation.
Certifications related to Coaching, Organizational Development, Well Being, Health and Safety highly preferred. Examples include, but not limited to: Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation (FIRO-B), Thomas Killman Conflict Instrument (TKI), Change Style Indicator (CSI), Decision Style Profile (DSP), Influence Style Indicator (ISI), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), 260 and 360 assessments, Gallup Strengthsfinders, EQ 2.0, Well-Being, Resiliency, and Franklin Covey suite.



  1. Ability to communicate effectively through both verbal and written communication.

  2. Ability to visualize, write, and communicate concepts.

  3. Ability to comfortably present material to various-sized groups.

  4. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Self motivated.
