Responsible for implementing and executing leadership initiatives while providing guidance and feedback for consistent delivery of company-wide programs. Assist in delivering of leadership programs aligned with company goals and strategic direction.


  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Lead efforts to improve performance of employees, foster employee engagement, and increase organization effectiveness
  • Under general supervision, facilitate a variety of leadership development programs utilizing instructor-led and virtual instructor-led delivery methods demonstrating outstanding platform skills which inspire and motivate participants.
  • Garner understanding and support for leadership development initiatives by building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Use an internal consulting model to assess leadership development needs, and recommend design and solutions
  • Use a variety of tools to increase organization and individual effectiveness (e.g. coaching, mentoring, assimilations, DiSC, 360, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to identify needs and address learning opportunities to support the business
  • Partner with Organizational Effectiveness team to support the implementation of projects and initiatives
  • Support the creation, maintenance and distribution of the leadership development calendar
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of evaluation plans to demonstrate the business impact of all leadership initiatives
  • Assist and/or oversee the coordination of training logistics for other parts of the organization as needed
  • Perform other duties as required

  • Ability to assess needs and create business and performance objectives
  • Skills in teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentation

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the cable or telecommunications industry
  • Experience in evaluating impact of leadership development initiatives
  • DDI Certification preferred
  • Virtual Facilitation experience preferred

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field or equivalent experience preferred

  • Office environment
  • Travel up to 50%
