RHP Properties* (www.rhp-properties.com) is a growing, privately held national Property Management Company. Headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, we own and operate over 200 manufactured home communities in 24 states.

We are presently seeking an individual who will manage the companies eLearning training programs and written operational materials for all employee team members as well as coordinate training events.

As Learning and Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement training programs that support and promote the organization’s mission, value statement and guiding principles.
  • Work with organizational contacts to write company policies and procedures.
  • Update and maintain the RHP Operations Manual.
  • Facilitate training sessions with company team members at all levels.
  • Oversee project management of training initiatives while working with outside third-party vendors.
  • Develop content for the creation of instructional materials, including one-on-one coaching programs and e-Learning courses.
  • Manage and track all initiatives through the use of a Learning Management System or other current technology.
  • Provide status reports to senior level management of training deficiencies and knowledge gaps within the company, offering solutions to identified problem areas.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate meetings and training events, managing all logistics and associated event communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



  •  A minimum of 2 - 3 years of training experience required; property management experience, preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between communities.
  • Willingness to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Outlook.
