Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Talent and Organizational Development Manager, this professional will develop and implement a consistent, integrated and focused supervisory and managerial curriculum.


As an integral part of the success of the Airport, the professional in this position will Manage and support the assessment of organizational needs and the design, development and implementation of initiatives in support of the Airport’s strategic objectives and talent / leadership development strategy.


This professional will administer and analyze training surveys to determine classroom and eLearning effectiveness and offer recommendations to continuously improve the Airport’s learning offerings.


What you will be doing:

  • Manages and delivers instructor-led training for employees and supervisors, utilizing appropriate training, adult learning concepts and facilitation skills.
  • Conducts train-the-trainer sessions for trainers in line-affiliated roles to ensure that those in trainer roles have the required skills for success.
  • Creates and maintains internal communications on the Airport’s intranet, course catalog information, executive briefings, and training-related media and publications.
  • Measures effectiveness of training programs, creating course evaluations and administering pre- and post-tests based on course objectives.
  • Manages end-to-end project management responsibility and oversight for selected training implementations.
  • Maintains working relationships with educational partners, associations, consultants, and end-user customers.



What we require of you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in learning and development, human resources, organizational development, or business administration.

    Strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to speak comfortably in front of groups.

    Recent, relevant experience in training and facilitation, especially in areas of management and leadership development.

  • Strong classroom facilitation in interpersonal skill-related courses as well as management and leadership disciplines.

  • Four (4) years of professional-level experience in designing, implementing and managing training and development programs and vendors; including developing, conducting, monitoring, and analyzing a broad range of training and development programs.

  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience to equal one (1) year of work experience for one (1) year of education may be substituted for the above.

  • Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.
