Make an impact by…

In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of operational activities that ensure the seamless functioning of our education operation, including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring timely receipt and processing of vendor invoices.

  • Maintaining and monitoring databases, ensuring documents are updated and filed correctly using established processes.

  • Overseeing supply management and inventory for program deliveries.

  • Providing general formatting and quality assurance support for MS Word, Power Point and digital documents in compliance with established standards.

  • Coordinating on-site meeting support for program deliveries at ATD headquarters.

  • Assisting with high-volume printing and assembling of all preconference course materials.

  • Serve as primary liaison with printing vendors to monitor inventory, ensuring current versions of materials are stored.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to this role…

  • At least 2 years of administrative and office experience

  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

  • At least 1 year of experience in association education, meeting, or training coordination preferred
