Organization Development Leader

Oakland or Roseville, California


In this role, you will be responsible for driving region-wide OD strategies within the assigned Service Area/Medical Center. You will partner with local HR leadership and Service Area/Medical Center Leaders to provide strategic change consultation, leadership team development consultation, and will lead initiatives associated with culture change. In addition, you will partner directly with Learning and Development to support and spread region-wide Leadership Development initiatives and programs.


Qualifications Include:

  • At least ten years of previous work experience consulting to complex organizations across a range of industries
  • At least ten years of previous work experience coaching senior level executives
  • Management experience preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree in organization development, organizational behavior, or related fields; a master’s degree is preferred  
  • Expertise in behavioral sciences, organization development, leadership development, change management, and culture change
  • Knowledge of personality and social psychology, particularly in areas of motivation and change
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated political savvy and emotional intelligence
  • The ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
