General Summary 

We currently have an opening for an Organizational Development and Training Partner in our employee engagement and development department. This position will be located in Maple Grove, MN. The successful candidate will lead activities related to the development, implementation and analysis of talent management processes used throughout the organization, supporting individual and leadership development.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a variety of workforce and talent development, coaching, team and management development programs.

  • Develop and execute change management plans for projects, initiatives, organizational structure and culture changes.

  • Consult with leadership in defining, designing and implementing organizational design to best meet current and future business objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources or related field.

  • Master’s degree in organizational development, learning and development preferred.

  • Five years or more of proven instructional design and training delivery experience including writing and developing comprehensive programs.

  • Certification or experience preferred in some of the following assessments: Creatrix, MHS EQ-I 2.0 Emotional Quotient Inventory, Hogan Personality Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode (TKI), Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal II or III.

  • Strong skills in utilizing a talent management system for learning, performance and succession. Cornerstone preferred.

  • Proven experience developing eLearning content. Experience with Articulate 360, Lectora and Vyond (formerly GoAnimate).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, facilitation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work with confidential data and information, exercise discretion and use sound judgement.

  • Skills in the Microsoft Office suite.

     

Working Conditions:

Normal office conditions with occasional travel.
