  • Serve as day-to-day contact for Trainees and Mentors within the BMT Program and other programs as assigned and be responsible for sharing information with internal teams in a regular, proactive and professional course of action.
  • Engage with field and learning and development leadership to drive awareness and alignment on strategy of the programs managed
  • Manage and direct all program aspects
    Partner and collaborate across teams to collect, document and prioritize requirements for assigned projects 
  • Coordinate resources for the seamless execution of programs, and regularly evaluate quality of content
  • Define and continually measure key performance indicators (KPI) 
  • Effectively deploy resources to achieve results 
  • Create and deliver materials utilizing multiple modalities
  • Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual experiences to identify and prevent potential issues
  • Create, monitor and manage program budgets 
  • Stay up to date with professional and industry resources 
  • Maintain program records



  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Management or similar field, and 2 years of demonstrated program management experience
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to move from the big picture to the minute details 
  • Sound decision making, analytical skills and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving skill set with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and the ability to find and execute creative solutions
  • Confident communicator (written and oral), with strong relationship and client management skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Ability to manage many stakeholders and influence/drive decision making
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
