The Project Coordinator, Learning & Development helps to shape the development, refinement, and sustainability of the corporate university by assuming responsibility for managing related activities and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Works with cross-functional project teams across all TRHCU domains (scientific, humanistic, compliance, technology) to support projects through lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, controlling/monitoring, and closing.
- Supports Continuing Education accreditation activities and requirements
- Helps with education and training needs assessments and gap analyses.
- Conducts effective, proactive communications with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing status updates, agendas, action items, issue logs, and other approaches, as appropriate.
- Coordinates internal resources under the corporate university entity for optimal execution of projects.
- Supports team of stakeholders through project duration.
- Performs other related duties as needed.
- Develops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- Creates educational materials in relevant domains
- Coordinates use of Learning Management System with stakeholders for administrative needs
- Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the completion of short and long-term goals.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree obtained, or equivalent work experience.
Experience & Training:
- Experience supporting project management process.
- Strong administrative experience.
Specific Skills:
- Excellent project coordination skills.
- Ability to work with others in a collaborative manner.
- High degree of ownership for projects, a sense of urgency, and strong follow-through.
- Highly self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Above average Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
