DDI currently has openings for Project Leads to work in either our Product Management or Product Development Departments.  We’re purposefully building teams of people with a cross-section of backgrounds, experiences, skillsets and levels of experience.
Project Leads will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional teams in a product management and applied R&D setting, focused on innovative products designed to assist large organizations manage the development of their leadership. The role includes significant opportunity for innovation, learning, and growth. 
Project Leads are based in Pittsburgh; although some remote options may be available.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing, managing, and updating project plans (e.g., activities, objectives, progress metrics)
  • Coordinating input and feedback from field operations about new or innovative concepts
  • Coordinating market data-gathering from external clients, prospects, and end users, including recommendations for resulting actions
  • Developing innovative content for leadership simulations, assessments and tests
  • Contributing to the development of learning content for leadership development solutions
  • Developing new solutions and roadmaps for existing products (e.g., enhancements, upgrades, etc.)
  • Direct consulting to clients regarding product implementation
  • Develop thought leadership on leadership development topics for external audiences (e.g., professional conferences, white papers, etc.)

  • Four-year college degree (required) and 3 to 5 years’ applied experience a product management or product development environment in roles related to product management, product development, or leadership development consulting. 
  • Advanced degree in a number of relevant areas preferred, including: I/O Psychology, Business, Organizational Development
  • Experience developing innovative and engaging technology-based products/tools and reports
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and approach unfamiliar challenges and tasks with initiative, enthusiasm, and resourcefulness 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and partner effectively with clients to deliver high-quality results
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge, skills, and experience in R, advanced psychometrics, and/or machine learning
  • Knowledge, skills, and experience in developing and/or delivering engaging content for corporate leadership learning and development
