The Sr. Manager, Organizational Design and Talent Development is the lead talent development role for the organization.  This role will identify developmental needs and competency gaps in the organization and address them through talent development activities such as training courses, coaching and other developmental resources.  The Sr. Manager, Organizational Design and Talent Development will work with leaders to develop and implement programs and initiatives to respond to business-critical needs. This role is also responsible for working with leaders to foster an environment that reflects the Endologix values and recognizes and rewards high performance.

  • Envision, design, and deliver an overarching learning and development strategy to enable growth in support of Endologix’s business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and provide training programs to meet the skill and competency needs of the organization.
  • Define career levels and critical organizational competency frameworks, in partnership with senior leadership and HRBP’s, that accurately establishes the knowledge, skills, and attributes needed to be successful at Endologix.
  • In partnership with senior leadership and HRBP, identify critical roles for Endologix and create succession framework and plans to inform development priorities and manage organizational risk.
  • Establish a framework of talent reviews for leadership teams to identify high potential talent, accelerate their development, and build our future leader pipeline
  • Lead the global performance management process for the organization.
  • Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer to conduct global employee engagement survey, provide results and analysis to leaders, and assist the leaders in developing action plans across the departments.
  • Facilitate the global talent review and succession planning process.
  • Develop and facilitate the individual career development planning process.
  • Develop and facilitate global leadership development program.
  • Identify, compile and present metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements in talent development processes and initiatives.
  • Assess and identify development opportunities and training needs and determine priorities across the employees’ lifecycle, from on-boarding to promotions and beyond through collaboration with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners.
  • Create standardized metrics and evaluation processes across learning programs to ensure data driven approach when evaluating and addressing learning needs.
  • Develop the company’s Culture/Employee Engagement Survey strategy and process.
  • Provide consultation, thought leadership, and coaching to leaders at all levels on performance improvement and change management



  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; Business, Human Resources or related major preferred; Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree or Masters degree related to Human Resources preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development, talent development, HR, or equivalent field


Other skills:

  • In-depth understanding of employee survey design and methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively influence across areas of HR (e.g., Business HR, HR Operations), as well as with senior business leaders
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages in a compelling manner
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends with a close attention to detail
