The job…

The SuccessFactors Talent Management System Administrator conducts the research, analysis, configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and implementation of SF TM modules and reporting related to enterprise-wide succession planning, performance management, goal management, and development planning. Working with our internal HRIS partners, this position will support leveraging best practice technology solutions to continually upgrade and improve the TM SF modules. This position will provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on TM SF modules, upgrades, configuration, and reporting/analytics. This role will also act as an internal consultant to other HR Centers of Excellence, Business Partners and senior management to respond to questions on module functionality, as well, troubleshoot SF system-related issues, process consultation and provide ad-hoc reporting support. This role will ensure that TM SF modules are up to date and maintained.

Detailed stuff you’ll be doing …

  • Think creatively and strategically to make SF module enhancement recommendations and manage day to day module operations.
  • Collaborate and consult with HR business partners and other internal HRIS partners to configure modules, resolve problems and improve the adoption and integration of SF TM modules.
  • Responsible for the ongoing review, testing and validation of TM SF modules and quarterly SuccessFactors releases.
  • Design, validate and implement reports to support TM processes as well as deliver training on SF functionality to the organization.


Qualifications you need …

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Information Technology or related field.
  • 7 years of HR system project or program management experience including configuring and maintaining SF TM modules including succession and/or performance through multiple business cycles.

Other qualifications that will set you up for success …

  • Experience with additional SF TM modules including continuous performance management, development, mentoring, and/or 360 assessments.
  • Work cross functionally within a large complex organization including IT, IT security, and internal HRIS partners.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to create solution-oriented plans, and designs, and strong collaboration with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external consultants/experts to make recommendations to business leaders regarding their talent planning technology, data management and reporting needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills, including ability to present/communicate complex information to all audiences, from executives to general employee population.
  • Must have excellent written communication skills, and be customer focused to create training materials, system job aids, and reference guides in support of talent management systems.
