Qualcomm's Human Resources team is looking for a Global Employment Brand Manager who will be responsible for activating Qualcomm's global Employment Value Proposition (EVP) to support all aspects of talent acquisition and onboarding; and for developing and executing global recruitment initiatives and programs, largely focused on diversity, engineering and technology hiring. In this role you will: Design internal and external strategies/campaigns that showcase elements of the EVP to existing and prospective employees through: - New employee onboarding experiences (in-person and virtually) - Creative EVP storytelling utilizing live, print, video, and photography content - Career website and social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) - Campus recruitment strategies and campus events - Diversity events and career fairs such as Grace Hopper, SWE, etc. - Recruitment programs and campaigns Manage candidate-facing content and EVP content, including through: - Qualcomm's global careers website - New Workday onboarding portal - Offer letters, interview invitations, thank you letters, application confirmation - Talking points for hiring managers and recruiters - Social media strategies for recruiters - Post-offer/new hire/intern engagement campaigns and events tailored for diverse candidate segments Develop annual recruitment event and content budget. Manage agencies and other content development vendors such as print agencies, collateral, etc. Establish baseline metrics and determine ROI for all recruitment strategies and campaigns. Partner closely with Qualcomm's Employee Communications and Marketing teams, as well as with Global HR Solutions partners and the HR Hub.

Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of industry and/or academic experience in the following areas:
- 5+ years of experience in designing, planning and executing employer branding activities; recruitment marketing
- 5+ years of experience with scaling branding programs globally, and an understanding of how global talent markets behave
- 5+ years of experience with social media advertisement, channels and strategies, designed to reach desired audience
Preferred Qualifications - Extensive knowledge of talent and recruiting landscape - Prior experience in employer branding for Fortune 500 corporation, preferably technology focused - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work productively with a variety of people - Strong technical and analytical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Education Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
