Sr. Manager, Talent Management & Human Capital Planning: Partners with leadership and HR to manage, develop and continuously improve how Mondelez North America evaluates talent and organizational capabilities for future growth.

These positions are located in East Hanover, NJ and relocation assistance will be provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or Business (Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred)
  • 5 or more years of experience leading large-scale talent management and workforce planning processes

  • Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

  • Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; making the complex seem simple

  • Excellent MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) proficiency; and process and quantitative skills
