The Trainer, Reye Beverage Group (RBG) Training Development has the ability to design, develop and facilitate talent development program initiatives for all RBG regional business units. This role requires establishing strong cross-functional relationships driving alignment in organizational behavioral performance.

  • Design, develop and facilitate talent development solutions in leadership development throughout the organization with the ability to translate relationship management principles into consultative sales training programs.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert in Situational Leadership, Interpersonal Communication, Relationship Management and Selling Skills resource.
  • Develop and maintain related curriculum, quick reference guides, instructor/participant guides, business case exercises, job aids and "train-the-trainer toolkits."
  • Facilitate engaging instructor-led classes and webinars, effectively.
  • Conduct high-potential (HiPo) professional development workshop sessions such as, functional onboarding, coaching techniques and presentation skills developments.
  • Evaluate training efficiency and business impact through formalized metrics, gap assessments and continuous improvement feedback for enhanced course offerings.
  • Ability to create e-learning modules with quiz functionality, Adobe Captivate and related graphic design skill development, a plus.
  • Explore new ideas in training workflows in forward-thinking concepts to promote dynamic learning options in brainstorming, design sessions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Training Team by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process and all other duties, as assigned.


Required Skills and Competencies

  • 7+ years of proven experience in leadership training facilitation and creating effective training material. Experience with Consultative Selling Skills, a plus.
  • Strong presentation and teaching/facilitation skills. Excellent communicator, upbeat motivator, relates relevant stories, applies adult learning concepts and ability to tailor audience messaging to varied levels. Eager to help people grow.
  • Strong scheduling, organizational and project management skills. Attention to detail. Proficiency in creating a clear vision and message.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite software, webinar facilitation, knowledge of LMS management and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Fundamentals in related leadership-based areas such as, emotional intelligence, coaching, communications, situational leadership.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%
