Position Summary
The Solutions Coordinator is a critical role within the Training Solutions and Services group that documents and tracks progress across the full breadth of certification, training solutions,facilitation and specialized sales support initiatives. The Solutions Coordinator will participate in critical department meetings and maintain a master plan for the department, documenting progress and identifying risk. The Coordinator will support department operations and develop working relationships between sales, marketing and product innovation to encourage collaboration and efforts to integrate Training Solutions within the larger Caliper vision. The Solutions Coordinator may lend episodic support to Certification Services or the Training Solutions (design) teams during periods of time requiring all-hands contributions.

•Create a master project plant that tracks progress across the full breadth of certification, training solutions, facilitation and specialized sales support initiatives
•Facilitates strong intra-department/cross-department collaboration
•Documents outcomes and follows-up on action items
•Develops conversational intelligence related to the Caliper Report suite, the broader suite of Training Solutions and Caliper’s go-to market sales strategy
•Maintains operational reports and stays ahead of the curve on communicating future needs
•Contribute to special projects as needed


•Proven work experience in managing projects or initiatives (2+ years)
•Natural curiosity coupled with the ability to ask key questions to uncover critical information
•Recognizes the implications of information as it relates to the department’s need to maintain progress, reduce risk and deploy exceptional solutions
•Passion for training and talent development solutions
•Attention to detail with exceptional documentation skills
•Balances natural confidence and assertiveness with a genuine desire to be coached and developed
•Ability to take and give direction
•A creative thinker. Able to be resourceful solving formidable problems

Desired Experience:
•Knowledge of assessment, surveys, and research-based products and services
•Prior experience volunteering for an association or professional development organization (ATD or SHRM Chapter)
•Process or project management credential (PMP, CMP)

•Bachelor’s degree
