This Is What You’ll Do:

  • Co-design and/or facilitate both in-house and 3rd party training & development solutions which include a blended approach to learning, such as classroom training, action learning, and e-learning.
  • Organize programs, events, meetings and conferences by arranging facilities, issuing information or invitations, and coordinating speakers.
  • Coordinate initial and ongoing plasmapheresis machine training classes to provide most efficient route to completion and competency.
  • Collaborate with various teams, leaders and Subject Matter Experts to identify trends and talent gaps within assigned client groups in order to create and design training materials, programs and assessments.
  • Support project plans and schedules by coordinating cross-functional work groups. 
  • Monitor training reports within Learning Management System for the respective roles to assure that training is completed on time for each role. 
  • Ensure training records are maintained in accordance with laws, regulations, and company SOPs.
  • Support the audit process and ensures any findings are targeted with the appropriate action plan for addressing according to urgency and importance.
  • Review training documentation and provides feedback if necessary.
  • Create and maintains database and spreadsheet files. Prepares reports, as necessary.
  • Manage external vendor relationships.

This Is What It Takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in human resource development, communication, education, instructional design, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience supporting training services and programs in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documents and government regulations. 
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.  Able to track details in a regulated environment.
  • Outstanding communication (written & verbal), interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills. 
  • Excellent understanding of the technologies available to support training and development and the ability to apply them appropriately.
  • Demonstrated proficiency of personal computer software, including Microsoft Office and WebEx.
  • Required travel 10% or less and may include overnight travel
