What's the role?

As a key member of the Field Experience leadership team, leads a team of learning professionals to create and deliver on our learning strategy for our Field. 


Responsibilities include:


  •  Developing Field Learning strategy and leading the transformation and roadmap from traditional training to continuous learning aligned to achieving business results
  •  Providing leadership and direction in the build out of relevant and timely modular blended learning and performance support solutions which support a rapidly-changing business environment and builds adoption and
  •  Overseeing learning events to ensure learning objectives are met and aligns with overall field learning strategy
  •  Developing strong partnerships with field leadership and other key stakeholders and utilizes influencing capabilities to implement streamlined learning and development solutions that are scalable to enhance field performance and organizational capability
  •  Partnering with business leaders to identify learning and development needs and gaps
  •  Developing and facilitates change management plans to support the implementation and sustainability of learning and development programs.
  •  Leading and participating in cross-functional boards/committees to provide insight on field learning and talent development solutions, ensure alignment, and gain insight on business strategies and corresponding learning and talent needs.
  •  Accountable for a full range of people leader responsibilities



Bring Your Best! What this role needs:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, education, or a related field or an equivalent combination of professional related work experience
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressively responsible work experience including people leadership and experience in learning and development
  • Demonstrated understanding of models, theories, and practices in the field of learning and talent development
  • Track record of leading large scale, complex initiatives, from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement
  • Highly adaptable and flexible with a strong learning ability
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to develop innovative approaches to learning
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, negotiate and influence with and without direct authority at all levels of an organization
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to provide innovative and creative solutions to business problems continuously raising the bar for new and different methods to support learning and business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others through change in a fast paced, matrixed organization
  • Strategic thinker who is able to balance current challenges and future possibilities and create strategic focus in an actionable manner for the business
