* Shifts: Tues, Wed, Thursday 7pm to 7am
* Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
* Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
* Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Excellent interpersonal skill set, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and family undergoing stressful procedures and treatments. [Required]
* Works independently, self-motivated, takes direction from physician and management to complete assignments. [Required]
* Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, Immediate use sterilization policy and procedures. [Required]
* Must be proficient in English [Required]
* Ability to communicate effectively [Required] Education: * Associate's of Nursing [Required]
* Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Field of Study: * N/A Work Experience: * 1+ year medical surgical experience [Required]
