Company Overview
Gemma Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving children, youth and families with behavioral and emotional issues. We have a residential treatment facility for children ages 6-14, a thriving K-12 school, and multiple community based programs including Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS), foster care, adoption, outpatient and prevention services. We are located in the metropolitan Philadelphia area and currently employ 470 talented individuals with diverse backgrounds.
Company History
Gemma Services formed in November 2019 as a result of a merger of Silver Springs-Martin Luther School and theVillage, both organizations with a long history of helping children and families back into the 1800s. Our rich legacy and merger of talent and facilities puts us in a position to grow our programs enabling us to provide services to even more people as we look to the future.
